Hot milk cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• flour - 2 c
• vanilla flavoring - 1 item
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• stick butter - 1 item
• sweet milk 1/2 canned, 1/2 water - 1 c

How to make hot milk cake:

Beat eggs. Add sugar, beat thoroughly. Add flour and baking powder; beat until smooth. Heat milk and butter, but do not boil. Add to mixture, a little at a time, beating all the time. Flavor with vanilla or lemon. Bake in layers or a mold at 350° for about 30 minutes. Check when smell. Makes 3 layer cake.
