Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- 1 oz - 3 sq
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
How to make hot fudge sauce:
Combine corn syrup, sugar and water; cook to soft-ball stage (236°). Remove from heat; add chocolate squares and stir until chocolate melts. Add vanilla. Slowly add evaporated milk; mix thoroughly. Cool. This should be heated over hot water for hot fudge sundaes. Makes 3 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Desserts, Sweet sauces, Sauces.
