Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 tsp
- margarine
- sherry - 1 c
- can apricots - 1 item
- can pear halves - 1 item
- can cling peach halves - 1 item
- can sliced or chunk pineapple - 1 item
- can apple rings - 1 item
How to make hot fruit casserole:
Dressing:1/4 lb. margarine1/2 c. sugar2 tsp. flour1 c. sherry Drain fruit and put in casserole. Melt margarine in double boiler. Add sugar, flour and sherry. Cook and stir until thickened. Pour over fruit and store in refrigerator overnight. Heat at 350° until it is hot and bubbly. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
