Ingredients/Components
- firmly packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- curry powder
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- can pineapple tidbits, drained - 1 oz
- can pear halves, drained - 1 oz
- can sliced peaches, drained - 1 oz
- banana, sliced - 1 item
- jar cherries, drained - 1 oz
How to make hot curried fruit:
Combine margarine, brown sugar and curry powder in saucepan; heat, stirring until well blended. Combine fruit in shallow 2-quart casserole and add sauce. Bake at 300° for 1 hour. Yields 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Side dish.
