• salt - 1/2 tsp
• instant nonfat dry milk powder
• jar nondairy coffee creamer - 1 oz
• container instant cocoa mix for milk - 1 (16

How to make hot cocoa mix:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in airtight container. To serve, place 1/3 cup of mix in a cup. Add boiling water and stir well. Yields 16 cups of mix (48 servings).
