- milk - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 2 c
How to make homemade egg noodles:
Mix well with a fork, then knead on floured table top for ten minutes. Kneading is important. Roll out thin on floured board and cut into strips, using just enough flour to keep dough from sticking.
