Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1 item
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • chopped pimento - 1/2 Tbsp
  • dash of ground red pepper - 1 item
  • cream cheese soft - 8 oz

How to make holiday cheese ball:

Combine cheeses; mix at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add remaining ingredients except pecans. Mix well; chill several hours and shape into ball. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
