Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 1/2
- onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- pecans, chopped - 2 c
How to make cheese ball:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in pineapple, nuts (1 cup), green pepper, onion and salt. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in foil and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
