Ingredients/Components
- medium potatoes - 15 item
- onion, grated - 1 item
- butter, melted - 1 c
- whipped cream - 1 pt
- half and half - 1 pt
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
How to make heavenly potatoes:
Parboil potatoes for 20 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Peel and grate potatoes into 3-quart casserole. Mix in onion. Pour butter and cream over all. Season to taste and stir gently. Cover and chill overnight. Remove casserole from refrigerator 2 hours before baking. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
