Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour
- stick margarine - 1 item
- evaporated milk - 6 Tbsp
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
How to make heavenly hash cake:
Icing:3 Tbsp. cocoa1 stick margarine1 box confectioners sugar6 Tbsp. evaporated milk vanilla Cake: Place margarine, sugar, eggs, cocoa, flour, vanilla and nuts together. Mix well. Put in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake it for 50 to 60 minutes at 300° to 350°. While cake is still hot, put marshmallows on top.Icing: Melt margarine and cocoa in a boiler. Add milk, sugar and vanilla. Mix well and pour over cake before it cools. Put back in oven for just a minute or so.
