Hamburger stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- hot noodles or rice - 2 c
How to make hamburger stroganoff:
In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion in butter until brown. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Then cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Stir in soup. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles or rice.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Ground beef, Beef.
