Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 2 Tbsp
  • chili powder - 1 Tbsp
  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • tomato juice - 2 c
  • medium potatoes - 4 item
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • macaroni - 1 c
  • can whole kernel corn - 1 item

How to make hamburger stew:

In large pot, put potatoes, onion, chili powder, salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Cover with water and cook until potatoes are almost done. In skillet, brown hamburger. Add to stew pot and add all other ingredients. Simmer about 7 minutes until macaroni is done. Stir every few minutes to keep macaroni from sticking. More spices may be added or decreased to suit your taste.
