  • milk - 1 c
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • bell pepper - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • grated cheese 1 or 2 c - 8 oz

How to make hamburger pie:

Fry together the ground beef, bell pepper and onion until brown. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, milk, cheese, eggs and cornstarch. After mayonnaise mixture is mixed, add to meat mixture. Place into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 3
