Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- ham - 1 lb
- tomato soup - 1 c
- pork - 1 lb
- diluted vinegar - 1/2 c
How to make ham loaf:
Sauce:3/4 c. tomato soup1/2 c. prepared mustard1/2 c. diluted vinegar1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. salt2 eggs1 Tbsp. butter Grind ham and pork together twice. Add bread crumbs, tomato soup and milk; mix. Put into a loaf pan. Put pan in a pan of hot water and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Cook sauce in double boiler until thickened. Add butter when cooked.
