Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 1/3 c
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- clove garlic - 1 item
- dry sherry - 1/3 c
How to make teriyaki marinade:
Mix ingredients. Pour in enough marinade to immerse meat halfway; then cover dish. Marinate in refrigerator overnight, but no longer than 24 hours. Turn occasionally.
