  • packed brown sugar - 1/3 c
  • vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • dry sherry - 1/3 c

How to make teriyaki marinade:

Mix ingredients. Pour in enough marinade to immerse meat halfway; then cover dish. Marinate in refrigerator overnight, but no longer than 24 hours. Turn occasionally. Cubed meats should be marinated only 2 to 3 hours. Grill or broil to desired donene
