Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- low-fat yogurt - 1/2 c
- scallions, coarsely chopped - 2 item
- watercress, packed - 1/2 c
- tarragon, minced - 1 tsp
How to make green onion dressing:
Place all ingredients in blender until smooth. Store in refrigerator. Will keep 5 to 7 days. Stir before serving. Makes 1 cup.Recipe categories: Low protein, Salads, Salad dressings.
