  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 4 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • Grape-Nuts - 1 c

How to make grape-nuts pudding:

Preheat oven to 350°. Scald milk. In a large ovenproof bowl, mix remaining ingredients. When milk is scalded, add Grape-Nuts. Pour milk and Grape-Nuts into egg mixture. Place bowl into pan of water and place in oven. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Before cooking, you can sprinkle nutmeg on top.
