Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- soda
- buttermilk - 2 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- granola - 2 c
- Nabisco 100% bran - 1 c
How to make granola muffins:
Combine bran and boiling water; let stand. Mix margarine, sugar and salt. Add to bran mixture. Add eggs, buttermilk, flour, soda and granola. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375° to 400°. Batter will keep in refrigerator for 4 weeks. Yields 24 muffins.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
