Ingredients/Components
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can diced tomatoes - 1 oz
- large can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- ground turkey or beef - 1 lb
- macaroni or shell macaroni - 1/2 lb
How to make goulash:
Cook meat and onion until done; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and 16 ounce can of water. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni; cook about 7 to 10 minutes. Stir frequently until macaroni is done. Add corn and heat through. Serve with cornbread or crackers.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
