  • bacon drippings
  • syrup - 2 c
  • rounded cook spoon ginger - 1 item

How to make gingerbread cookies:

Heat syrup (do not boil). Pour over bacon drippings. Add baking soda, salt, ginger and flour. Roll and cut. Bake at 350°.
