Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- dark corn syrup - 1 c
- melted butter or oleo - 1/4 c
- box Dark Chocolate pudding & pie mix - 1 item
- pecans or english walnuts - 1 c
- 9 pie crust, unbaked - 1 item
How to make german chocolate pie:
Blend eggs, sugar, syrup, salt, pie mix, vanilla, and butter. Spread nuts on bottom of crust, then the coconut. Pour filling on top and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.. Nuts and coconut will rise to the top to form a crust.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
