Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 5 Tbsp
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• baking powder
• baking soda
• unsifted flour - 3 c
• cooking oil - 1 c
• orange juice - 1/3 c
• walnuts - 1 c
• apples - 5 item
• eggs unbeaten - 4 item

How to make german apple cake:

Pare the apples and cut into thin slices. Mix the 5 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples and toss. Set aside. Put into a mixing bowl the flour, 2 1/2 cups sugar, salt, eggs, oil, vanilla and orange juice. Blend together with mixer
