Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder
- baking soda
- unsifted flour - 3 c
- cooking oil - 1 c
- orange juice - 1/3 c
- walnuts - 1 c
- apples - 5 item
- eggs unbeaten - 4 item
How to make german apple cake:
Pare the apples and cut into thin slices. Mix the 5 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples and toss. Set aside. Put into a mixing bowl the flour, 2 1/2 cups sugar, salt, eggs, oil, vanilla and orange juice. Blend together with mixerRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
