Garlic potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1 2
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- chopped green onions - 3 Tbsp
- or 6 medium size potatoes - 5 item
How to make garlic potatoes:
Place peeled and quartered potatoes in saucepan. Cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cook until tender, about 8 to 10 more minutes. Remove from heat and drain. Remove garlic from potatoes and crush garlic with the flat of a knife or some other object. Combine garlic with butter and green onions. Add to potatoes.
