- cornstarch or pearl tapioca - 1 item
How to make fruit soup:
Cover dried fruit with water (any combination of raisins, prunes or apricots). Boil slowly for 20 minutes. Add brown sugar to taste. Thicken, if desired, with cornstarch dissolved in 1/3 cup water.
