Ingredients/Components
- fresh fruit, washed, peeled and cored or pitted - 2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
How to make fruit sorbet:
Put fruit, sugar, water and lemon juice into blender or food processor. (Ask an adult for help or permission to use the blender or food processor.) Blend until it's all slushy. Pour the mixture into a plastic container. Place the mixture in the freezer for about an hour.Take mixture from freezer. Blend it again until smooth. If you are serving it soon, re-freeze it in the serving bowls. If you made it several days in advance, put it in a covered container and put back in the freezer.
