Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- tapioca - 3 Tbsp
- can pineapple chunks - 1 item
- can sliced peaches - 1 item
- raw cranberries - 1 c
How to make fruit compote:
Drain fruit. Grease 2 quart casserole generously. Alternate layers of fruit with sugar and tapioca. Dot top with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350° until bubbly. Serve warm. Good with ham or turkey.Recipe categories: Salads, Oranges, Bananas.
