Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar
- coconut - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- pecans - 1/2 c
- canned Pet milk - 1/4 c
- Sift together flour, baking soda and salt
- 303 can fruit cocktail do not drain
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Beat together first 3 ingredients. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to first mixture and beat well. Batter will be thin. Pour into well-greased pan. Sprinkle top of batter with a mixture of brown sugar and coconut. Bake at 350° forRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
