Frozen fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cream cheese - 6 oz
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 9 oz
- whipping cream, whipped - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- can whole cranberry sauce - 1 lb
- chopped nuts walnuts - 1/2 c
How to make frozen fruit salad:
Soften cheese at room temperature. Blend in mayonnaise and sugar. Add pineapple, cranberry sauce and walnuts. Fold in whipping cream and pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Freeze firm, about 6 hours or overnight.To serve, let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes. Serve on crisp lettuce leaf.
