Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- maple syrup - 1/3 c
- whipping cream, whipped - 1 c
- can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 oz
- can pineapple tidbits, drained - 1 item
- grapes, halved - 1 c
How to make frozen fruit salad:
Beat cream cheese, syrup and lemon juice until creamy. Fold in fruit, marshmallows and whipping cream. Pour into 6 cup ring mold. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze until firm. Garnish with assorted fruit and serve with cinnamon stick.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
