Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • sour cream - 2 c
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • lemon juice - 4 tsp
  • cans crushed pineapple, drained - 2 oz
  • bananas, mashed - 4 item
  • pecans, chopped optional - 1 c
  • red cherries, diced - 1 c

How to make frozen fruit salad:

Mix everything well. Pour into mold or plastic bowl and freeze overnight.
