Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • small carton sour cream - 1 item
  • maraschino cherries, chopped - 1/4 c

How to make frozen fruit cups:

Mix ingredients well. Place paper muffin cups in muffin tins and fill each 3/4 full. Place muffin tins in freezer and freeze. Serves approximately 12.
