Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- vinegar
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- mustard seed - 1 tsp
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- medium head cabbage, shredded - 1 item
How to make frozen cole slaw:
Dressing:1 c. vinegar1 c. sugar1/4 c. water1 tsp. mustard seed1 tsp. celery seed Mix the cabbage and salt; let stand 1 hour. Squeeze out excess moisture. Add pepper and carrot.To make dressing: Boil ingredients listed. Cool to lukewarm. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir well. Put in containers and freeze.
