Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • shredded coconut - 1/4 c
  • miniature marshmallows - 1 oz
  • pineapple chunks, drained - 1 c
  • mandarin orange sections, drained - 1 c
  • sugar or sugar substitute - 4 tsp
  • nonfat plain yogurt - 3/4 c

How to make five-cup salad:

Combine the orange sections, pineapple chunks, coconut and marshmallows. Blend the vanilla and sugar into yogurt and combine with fruit. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serves 4.
