Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- shredded coconut - 1/4 c
- miniature marshmallows - 1 oz
- pineapple chunks, drained - 1 c
- mandarin orange sections, drained - 1 c
- sugar or sugar substitute - 4 tsp
- nonfat plain yogurt - 3/4 c
How to make five-cup salad:
Combine the orange sections, pineapple chunks, coconut and marshmallows. Blend the vanilla and sugar into yogurt and combine with fruit. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serves 4.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
