Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • oil - 1 tsp
  • boiling water - 4 c
  • miniature marshmallows - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • grated coconut - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • pineapple juice
  • can chunked pineapple, drained - 2 oz
  • macaroni very small pasta DaVinci Acini Di Pepe - 2 c
  • Rinse pasta
  • Cool and combine with pasta

How to make frog eye salad:

Cook pasta until done, 10 to 12 minutes. Rinse pasta.Part II:1/2 c. sugar4 Tbsp. flour1 3/4 c. pineapple juice1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. lemon juice Cook until thickens. Cool and combine with pasta. Refrigerate in plastic covered container overnight.Part III:2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained2 (20 oz.) can chunked pineapple, drained1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained1 c. miniature marshmallows1 c. grated coconut1 large carton Cool Whip (12 oz.) Mix together oranges, chunked pineapple, crushed pineapple, marshmallows, coconut and Cool Whip.

Put Part 3 in covered plastic container overnight in refrigerator. Next day, combine 2 containers. Mixing lightly. Return to refrigerator. May be kept up to 1 week. Use Part 2 drained pineapple juice!
