How to make fresh rhubarb pie:
Mix rhubarb with flour and sugar. Dot with 1 1/2 tablespoons butter. Pour in pastry-lined pan and top with crust which has slits cut in it. Bake until brown at 400°, 40 to 50 minutes. *One pound makes about 2 cups, cut in 1-inch pieces. *Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
