- sugar - 2/3 1
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- fresh pineapple - 2 c
- pastry for 2-crust pie
How to make fresh pineapple pie:
Mix flour, sugar and salt into the eggs. Add lemon juice and pineapple. Pour in pastry-lined pie pan. Cover with top crust. Bake 10 minutes at 450°. Reduce heat to 350°. Bake 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
