Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- uncooked rhubarb, cut in small pieces - 2 c
How to make rhubarb pie:
Mix sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice. Mix in eggs. Stir in rhubarb and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell; dot with butter and bake in a 400° oven until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
