Rhubarb pie



  • sugar
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • uncooked rhubarb, cut in small pieces - 2 c

How to make rhubarb pie:

Mix sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice. Mix in eggs. Stir in rhubarb and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell; dot with butter and bake in a 400° oven until done.
