Fresh peach pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• salt - 1 item
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• butter - 4 Tbsp
• lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
• mace - 1 item
• pie shell and top, unbaked - 1 item
• very large peaches - 6 item

How to make fresh peach pie:

Wash peaches; peel and slice. Pour a little milk over the slices to prevent fruit from darkening. Then add sugar, flour, lemon juice, spices and butter. Bake in shell with lattice top in 400° oven one hour.
