Orange jello salad

Ingredients/Components

• water - 1/2 c
• buttermilk - 1 c
• small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• carton Cool Whip - 1 item
• orange Jell-O

How to make orange jello salad:

Mix Jell-O, pineapple and water together in saucepan and boil until Jell-O is dissolved. Set aside until cool. Add 1 cup buttermilk to cooled mixture and beat until frothy. Fold in container of Cool Whip. Pour into square dish and chill. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
