- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 1 c
- nuts - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- apples, peeled and diced medium - 3 item
How to make fresh apple cake:
Beat eggs; add sugar oil and flour; add cinnamon and vanilla. Mix apples and nuts; stir until mixed. Pour into a greased tube pan and bake 50 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
