Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- slices bacon - 8 item
- can kidney beans, drained - 1 lb
- large garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- can lima beans, drained - 1 lb
- can butter beans, drained - 1 lb
- cans baked beans with liquid - 2 oz
How to make four bean salad:
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown bacon in skillet; drain and crumble. Set aside. Add onion and garlic to bacon drippings in pan; saute until onion is soft. Combine all ingredients in bean pot or covered ovenproof casserole dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Salads, Beans, North american.
