Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- white sugar - 1 Tbsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
How to make flan:
Burn the sugar on stove top on medium heat; set aside to cool. Use an 8-inch cake pan. Place the last 5 ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Pour over burnt sugar in pan. Steam approximately 1 1/2 hours on very low heat. Check water level fromRecipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Spanish.
