Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 1 c
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
- butter flavoring - 1 tsp
- sticks butter - 2 item
- rum flavoring - 1 tsp
- almond flavoring - 1 tsp
- coconut flavoring - 1 tsp
- Swans Down flour - 3 c
- Add eggs beaten and beat until lemon-colored
How to make five flavor cake:
Cream butter, Crisco and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs (beaten) and beat until lemon-colored. Combine sifted flour and baking powder; add to mixture alternately with milk. Stir in flavorings. Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325°. Take out of oven and cool for 10 minutes.Icing:1 c. sugar1/2 c. water1 tsp. coconut flavoring1 tsp. rum flavoring1 tsp. butter flavoring1 tsp. lemon flavoring1 tsp. almond flavoring1 tsp. vanilla flavoring Stir in saucepan.
