- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 item
- dried parsley - 1 item
- onion powder - 1 item
- can tuna fish - 1 item
- wheat germ optional - 1 item
- fresh mashed potatoes - 3 c
How to make fish cakes:
Mix tuna fine. Add potatoes, spices and egg. Mix well. Add bread crumbs and wheat germ. Mix again. Then make fish cake and coat them with bread crumbs. Fry cakes in a little oil. Drain on paper towels. Serve them with your favorite toppings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Seafood.
