- Italian salad dressing - 1/3 c
- to 6 medium sized potatoes - 4 item
How to make fan potatoes:
Wash potato and, with skins left on, thinly slice potatoes, but not all the way through. Put into microwave safe dish. Pour Italian dressing over potatoes and microwave for 5 minutes on High. Rotate dish and microwave another 5 minutes. When done, fan potatoes onto serving dish. Serves 4 to 6 people.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, 3 steps or less.
