Ingredients/Components

- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 2 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 (14
- shredded cheese - 2 c
- can chopped chilies - 1 oz
- cooked tomatoes - 2 c
How to make enchilada pie:
Combine meat, onion and garlic in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until brown, stirring to crumble. Drain well. Add next 7 ingredients and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.Tear each tortilla into 8 pieces. Place half in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Top with mixture. Place rest of tortillas evenly over mixture. Combine soup and milk in a small bowl, mixing well. Pour over tortillas. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
