  • brown sugar - 1/3 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • soy sauce - 1/3 c
  • chopped onions - 1 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • egg roll wrappers - 3 doz
  • slaw mix or 1 head cabbage, chopped - 1 pkg

How to make egg rolls:

Brown beef and drain. Mix all other ingredients in 5-quart saucepan. Add ground beef and cook until cabbage is tender, then drain. Take 1/4 cup of mix and place in corner of one egg roll wrapper. Roll wrapper to corner. Fold over opposite ends. Continue rolling. Dab water on edges to seal. Deep fry until golden brown.
