Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cold water - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- corn meal - 1/2 c
- melted butter oleo - 1 Tbsp
How to make egg bread:
Mix corn meal, salt and cold water and boil for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until it becomes thick. Stir in milk, melted butter and egg and pour into well-greased pan or dish and bake for about 40 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Breads, Healthy, Yeast breads.
