Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 1/4 lb
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- fresh spinach or 2 10 oz - 2 lb
How to make easy spinach casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spinach for 5 to 8 minutes or as directed on package. Drain and mix with cream cheese, 4 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper. Pour into casserole. Melt remaining butter. Toss with crumbs and sprinkle over casserole. BakeRecipe categories: Side dish, Spinach, Casseroles.
