Easy pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- unbaked 9-inch pastry shell - 1 item
- pecans - 1 c
- margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- light or dark corn syrup - 1 c
How to make easy pecan pie:
In medium bowl, stir together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, margarine and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in a 350° oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
